WHY DTS?

Discipleship Training School (DTS) is a holy adventure to carry God’s vision, rebuild your life, and grow within a community connected by love.

Through DTS, you will gain a deeper understanding of God’s character and cultivate an intimate relationship with Him. By engaging in hands-on mission work beyond what you learn in the classroom, you will be able to bring about tangible transformation in the lives of those around you. This is a journey of discovering your unique calling and seeing how your God-given gifts and passions can be used to build His Kingdom. Through DTS, you can become part of Youth With A Mission (YWAM) — a passionate Christian community committed to knowing God and making Him known — and join a global movement. It’s the beginning of a lifelong journey of walking with God.

Vince & Jinah Licari

Vince and Jinah Licari, longtime YWAM leaders, have served faithfully for over two decades, raising their family in Switzerland’s YWAM community. Vince has pioneered global technical solutions, while Jinah has trained leaders and championed the New Korea Servant Seminar, reflecting their shared passion for North Korea. In 2023, after years of prayer, they felt called to launch YWAM Château—a multicultural ministry center forleadership, discipleship, and outreach. Their vision, rooted in scriptures like Ezekiel 37 and Luke 4:18, is to equip leaders and advance God’s Kingdom worldwide.
