Vince & Jinah Licari

Vince and Jinah Licari are longtime leaders within Youth With A Mission and the founding base leaders of YWAM Château. With over 25 years in YWAM — primarily rooted in Switzerland, where they raised their four children in a trilingual, missional home — they bring decades of lived experience to everything built here.

Vince has spent his years in YWAM pioneering technical and innovative solutions for global missions. Jinah has focused on leadership training and discipleship. Together they carry a deep calling toward One Korea, and are passionate about raising a generation of leaders who will be ready to serve when the peninsula opens.

빈스와 진아 리카리 선교사는 Youth With A Mission(YWAM)의 오랜 리더이자 YWAM 샤토의 창립 베이스 리더들입니다. 주로 스위스를 중심으로 25년 이상을 YWAM에서 섬기며 — 네 자녀를 삼중언어의 선교적 환경 속에서 키운 — 이곳에서 세워지는 모든 것에 수십 년의 삶의 경험을 가져옵니다.

빈스 선교사는 YWAM에서의 세월 동안 글로벌 선교를 위한 기술적·혁신적 솔루션을 개척해 왔고, 진아 선교사는 리더십 훈련과 제자훈련에 집중해 왔습니다. 함께 원 코리아를 향한 깊은 부르심을 품고 있으며, 한반도가 열릴 때를 위해 준비된 리더 세대를 세우는 일에 열정을 다하고 있습니다.

YWAM Château is home to a team as diverse as the mission itself — from experienced leaders to those freshly graduated from DTS, from every generation and culture, gathered around one calling.
