YWAM Château is a Youth With A Mission base where the Spirit forms, the family holds, and the mission calls. A bilingual Korean–English discipleship community offering YWAM DTS, DBS, and SPL. English If you feel fragile, afraid, or have more questions than answers, you are exactly who DTS is for. Nobody arrives ready. Bring what you have, questions, doubts, the half-sentence of a calling, and we'll meet you there. The fragile plant becomes stronger not by trying harder, but by being rooted in the right soil, with people who've been there.

English YWAM Château was founded as a bilingual base from day one, not a Korean base with English bolted on. The leadership team, the staff, the curriculum, the worship: every layer is built so both languages and both cultures are foundational. If you're not Korean, you're not a guest here. You're part of how the community was designed to work. Every program (DTS, DBS, SPL) carries this same DNA.

English You don't need to be fluent. You need to be humble. Every class includes students who are still learning both languages. In fact, we build the community expecting it. Most students leave stronger in their second language than they arrived. You will be understood. You will be given time. You will not be left out.

English Sending a young adult into a missions program is a significant family decision. They're crossing an ocean, entering another culture, gone for 3 months or more. Most parents have questions about safety, cost, leadership, and what daily life actually looks like. That's healthy. English DBS is where you learn to feed yourself on the whole Bible. 66 books, 12 weeks, in your mother tongue. SPL is where you're trained as a pioneer, carrying a specific vision with a team. Both are doors DTS opens. Most of our students do one, some do both.
